Return & Exchange Policy

At Flow Movement Studio, we thoughtfully curate every item available in our shop. We want you to feel confident in your purchase and ask that you review the following policy before completing your order.

Returns

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase or delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In their original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging, when applicable
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.

Store Credit

Flow Movement Studio does not issue refunds.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

Store credit may be used toward eligible merchandise available through Flow Movement Studio and is subject to any applicable terms or expiration communicated at the time it is issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the store credit amount.

Grip Socks & ACTIVEWARE

For hygiene reasons, grip socks and other personal-wear items are final sale once opened, worn, or tried on.

Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within the 14-day return period.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted merchandise
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked "Final Sale"
  • Opened or used personal-care or hygiene-sensitive products

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible item for another size, style, or product, please contact Flow Movement Studio within 14 days of purchase or delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the merchandise received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Flow Movement Studio is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order so we can review the issue and assist you.

Please include your order information and photographs of the item when applicable.

In-Studio Purchases

Eligible merchandise purchased directly at Flow Movement Studio is subject to the same 14-day return policy and will receive store credit only if approved.
